In the Lutsk Centre of Administrative Services Delivery (CASD) residents can get administrative services provided by executive bodies of the Lutsk City Council, structural units of Volyn regional state administration, territorial bodies of ministries and other central bodies of executive power.
It is also possible to apply for permits, submit applications, complaints, proposals, and receive proper answers on those requests. In the Center you can make an appointment with the mayor, his deputies and heads of executive bodies of the city council and get other types of advice:
◦ QR code technology is used for administrative service payments;
◦ Volyn Electronic Services Portal includes a service of preliminary online register into the queue;
◦ a digital suitcase was purchased to provide administrative services to the city's low-mobility groups (as part of the EGAP program).
New services integration:
◦ there is now a posibility to receive services from the representatives of the Lutsk city employment center on the premises of the department;
◦ an agreement of cooperation was concluded with the City Branch of the Executive Directorate of the Social Insurance Fund of Ukraine in Volyn region;
◦ a new branch of the Pension Fund has been openned for consultations concerning the retirement legislation;
