The purpose of the Department of Urban Planning and Architecture is to ensure the implementation of state policy in the field of urban planning and architecture.
Responsibilities of the Department:
- organizing the development, modification of the City Master Plan and other city planning documentation;
- granting construction permits inside the city;
- granting permits for the establishment of temporary constructions for conducting business activities;
- maintenance of the city-planning cadastre;
- creation and updating of the cartographic projection of the city area;
- maintanance of the Address Register.
