Department of the City Council Secretariat

General information



Main tasks of the Department of Secretariat:
    • the implementation of powers and duties of the City Mayor, Secretary of the City Council within the current legislation of Ukraine;
    • carrying out the organizational, technical, methodological and informational support of the activities of the Deputies of the City Council, commissions operating on the permanent basis and other commissions, Deputy Groups and Factions, other Deputy Formations;
    • documenting the work of sessions and commissions of the Сity Сouncil.
The Department interacts with Executive Authorities, Deputies, permanent commissions, temporary control commissions and other authorities formed by the City Council, enterprises, institutions, organizations, associations of citizens.
