Lutsk Clinical Maternity Hospital has received the latest mobile X-ray system IMAX 101A
On July 20, 2021, Lutsk Clinical Maternity Hospital received a license to use the IMAX 101A mobile X-ray system, which was purchased in February 2021 for UAH 1,760,000. Possession of such X-ray equipment is one of the mandatory requirements of the National Health Insurance Fund in terms of purchasing medical services in all spheres of medical care.
The purchase of such expensive equipment became possible due to the cooperation of the Lutsk City Council, the maternity hospital and the National Health Service of Ukraine.
IMAX 101A will help the doctors to get an accurate result in just a few minutes and detect abnormalities or diseases. The laptop connected to digital X-ray system workstation enables it to work without network connection, which allows immediate transfer of images. The device is equipped with dosimeters for control of radiological procedures, protection against overvoltage, excess current, overload. Examining patients with the X-ray is quick and convenient, due to simple operation and mobility of the device: if necessary, the equipment can be quickly transported to another ward.
In addition a club "Happy Motherhood" for expectant mothers has started to work. The purpose of the club is to help women be confident and calm in labour and delivery.
