Introduction of ecological and smart technologies in public transport of Lutsk City
Project goal: To increase an attractiveness of public transport for the residents of Lutsk, improve the quality of public transport services for the residents of Lutsk by borrowing experience from a German partner - the Lippe District.
Donor: NAKOPA-2018 Program funded by Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany through Engagement Global gGmbH and the Service Agency Communities in One World, under Nakopa Programme.

Main activities:
1. Development of the Strategy on improvement of public transport and transport infrastructure till 2024.
2. Organization of 2 visits of transport specialists of the Lippe District to the city of Lutsk to develop the Strategy and 1 visit of transport specialists of the city of Lutsk to the Lippe district to gain experience.
3. Purchase and installation of 9 "smart stops" for public transport. Each stop will have: a smart digital display public transport timetable, solar panels, a cell phone charging point, outdoor lighting, separate garbage bins, city lights and a video surveillance camera.
4. Purchasing and installation of 22 "smart displays".
5. Purchasing a server to store information.
6. Creation of a website "Smart Way".
7. Creation of a video to promote the project.
8. Repainting the 17 trolleybuses and marking them with promotional slogans.
9. Organization of training for 250 drivers, carriers and employees of the Lutsk Electric Transport Company to improve the quality of transport services.
