The 932nd anniversary of Lutsk City foundation
Celebration of Lutsk City Day began with the meeting of secretary of Lutsk City Council Hryhorii Pustovit with representatives of foreign delegations. He thanked all the guests for their visit and mentioned that it is very important to share the joyness of festivities with the foreign partners.
Lutsk visited delegations from friendly cities of Ukraine and foreign partner cities from Belarus, Lithuania and Republic of Poland.
While celebrating the Lutsk City Day the Declaration on enhancement of cooperation on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of partnership between the cities of Lutsk and Olsztyn was signed.
“This document declares support for all activities the aim of which is to establish direct contacts and exchanges between the residents, local communities and organizations from both cities. We want it to be a testimony to our friendship and concern for the future generations of our cities, countries and Europe in general” the document says.
