The Day of National Flag of Ukraine and Lutsk 930th Anniversary
On 23 August, 2015 a solemn ceremony of raising the National Flag of Ukraine was taking place in front of the building of Lutsk City Council. Lutsk Mayor Mykola Romaniuk congratulated audience on the holiday and invited guests to the session hall of Lutsk City Council where they made a speech on the occasion of the 930th anniversary of Lutsk city. The meeting was attended by the representatives of Lutsk foreign partner-cities – Lippe District (Germany), Brest (Belarus), Trakai district (Lithuania), Polish cities – Toruń , Olsztyn, Zamość, Chełm, Rzeszów, Lublin and Ukrainian cities – Ternopil, Kuznetsovsk, Kamjanets-Podilskyi and the Consul General of the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Lutsk Beata Brzywczy.
