Exhibition of best projects, implemented under the Cross-border Cooperation Programme Poland-Belarus-Ukraine 2007-2013
On 14-15 September an exhibition of the best projects, implemented within the framework of Cross-border Cooperation Programme Poland - Belarus – Ukraine 2007-2013, was held. The event was organized by Lviv Office of Joint Technical Secretariat of the Programme.
The Programme covers six regions of Ukraine - Lviv, Volyn, Transcarpathian, Rivne, Ternopil and Ivano - Frankivsk. Its main objective - promotion and preservation of local culture and historical heritage, development of transport services and infrastructure, foster improvement of health care and social services.
According to organizers, the exhibition started in Lutsk, as Volyn is the most active region, participating in the Programme. Later it will be displayed in other regional centers of Ukraine. In general, implemented in Volyn region projects involved 35 million euro.
In addition, the organizers called for local government officials and active citizens to submit applications for the new contest of the Cross-border Cooperation Programme Poland-Belarus-Ukraine 2014-2020.
