Lutsk received the Plaque of Honor
This year Lutsk received the third reward of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe – the Plaque of Honor. European Diploma and Flag of Honor were awarded to Lutsk in 2010 and 2011.
The new reward was presented to Lutsk citizens and guests during the festive ceremony on the ocassion of 932 anniversary of Lutsk.
Secretary of Lutsk City Council Hryhorii Pustovit noted that we are very proud of getting such an award and local authorities will do everything possible to justify such high rewards.
Achievements of the Lutsk City Council, its Executive Committee, public and educational institutions, enterprises and organizations of the city in the direction of attraction of grants and investments, establishment of international contacts, deepening of foreign partner relations - all these are the components of the high evaluation of the PACE.
