Lutsk sportsmen are among the winners
On September 9-21 a sports delegation from Lutsk participated in the XX International Festival of Sport for Children and Youth in Zamość (Poland). Totally 26 teams from Ukraine, Slovakia and Poland took part in the festival this year.
In track-and-field competitions our team was represented in running, jumping and throwing. In a team rank Lutsk sportsmen won the second prize, having lost only to home team from Zamość.
Lutsk City Mayor Mykola Romaniuk expressed his thank you to all athletes and coaches for preparation and successful performance at the prestigious sports forum of partner-cities.
