Lutsk will host International Poetry Festival "Meridian Lutsk"
On 6-8 October 2017 the International poetry festival “Meridian Lutsk” will be held for the first time in our city. The event will bring together representatives and admirers of poetry, prose, theatre, music and other kinds of art. The Festival foreign participants will be artists from the Czech Republic, Belarus, Israel, Poland and the Baltics. The attendance of many representatives of Ukrainian literary space is expected: Serhii Zhadan, Irena Karpa, Yurii Andruchovych, Andrii Liubka and others will share their best works with the audience. From the stage works will sound in two languages – Ukrainian and original language. One of the most exciting points of the program will be three-days cultural city walk with stops for reading at the places that represent Lutsk as residence of national minorities. Meridian Lutsk is a perfect opportunity for Lutsk to show its cultural, artistic and creative potential.
