Dismissed to reserve  servicemen have successfully completed vocational retraining course

On August, 16 the diplomas on finishing a course of professional retraining conducted with the financial support of NATO in Ukraine were handed to servicemen dismissed to the reserve.
The manager of the NATO-Ukraine Program on Social Adaptation of the Armed Forces Christopher Staudt, the Executive Director of this Program Oleksandra Ogorodnikova, the Head of International Cooperation and Project Activities Department Viktoriia Homonets, the Director of the Volyn Regional Employment Center Roman Romanyuk, the Director of Public Organization “Western Regional Center for Retraining and Social Adaptation of Military Personnel” Andriy Roy, Vice-Rector of the Lesya Ukrainka Eastern European National University Svitlana Havryliuk and Colonel, the Military Commissar of the Volyn Regional Military Commissariat Roman Kulyk came to congratulate the graduates in the building of the Library of the Lesya Ukrainka Eastern European National University.
The event began with the congratulatory words of Christopher Staudt, who expressed the hope that the knowledge gained by servicemen during the course would help them to build a career and find a job. 
The training courses on "Small Business Management" were conducted in Lesya Ukrainka Eastern European National University, lasted for two months and covered the disciplines: management, business economics, marketing, crisis management, accounting and reporting, small business taxation, career planning, business project management. 
Viktoriia Homonets said that the courses were possible due to the preliminary meeting the representatives of Lutsk City Council with the head of the NATO mission in Ukraine Oleksandr Vinnikov in 2017. On behalf of Lutsk City Council, she expressed gratitude to the NATO Office to Ukraine, to the Lesya Ukrainka Eastern European National University and to Andrii Roy for support, organization and qualified training of graduates.
